Get Involved — Volunteer!

There are many ways to get involved in our school. Whether you work full time or are the CEO of your household there are opportunities to fit your schedule.

  • CLASSROOM ASSISTANCE - This might mean being available during the school day or items sent home with your child that you can do in your spare time. If you want to help in your child’s classroom there will be sign-up forms available in their classrooms during Open House. You can also contact your teacher individually to let her/him know you’re available.
  • PTO VOLUNTEER - If you wish to help with the many programs the PTO puts on you can contact one of the board members or visit this site frequently. As events near and opportunities arise we'll ask for help via the Pioneer Express and sign-up sheets will appear on this site.

November 28th 9:00 am - 10:30 am   Get your VOLUNTEER BADGE

Stop by the office to get your volunteer badge made, Tier III clearance required.

Are you interested in volunteering as a grade contact for new families?
We are looking for a Parent/Parents from each grade to act as an informational source for new families to Crockett.  For example: a rising 1st grade parent would be given your name and cell/email, so they can reach out with 1st grade specific questions such as, “What’s the scoop on the Dr. Seuss parade, do all the parents come, do I need a Pinterest-worthy float?”.  You can choose the grade you would like to volunteer for and parent(s) will be given your contact info as part of their PTO “Welcome to CES” folder.  For a new family joining our CES community (especially mid year), we think this service would be super helpful.
For questions, contact Susanne Manning
