Parents/Guardians: Crockett Elementary PTO is a qualified 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, which means there is a good chance your employer will match your Invest donation made to CES PTO.

Here's how it works:

Step 1:
Check with your employer’s HR or Benefits department and verify if they offer a matching program. If they do, submit to the PTO with your “Invest In Your Child” contribution, or they may use a paperless process that you start on-line through a company such as Benevity. The form, whether in print or electronic version, may require Crockett's tax identification number: 1982454784
 

Step 2:
Make a donation to Crockett via check or donate online and submit proof of this donation (a tax receipt will be provided) along with your company's gift matching form to your human resources department. Your company should reach out to CES PTO if any further information is needed.
 
If you have already made your “Invest In Your Child” donation, make sure to secure the employer matching contribution as soon as possible (within the calendar year of the donation). Companies often have deadlines of December 31st or April 15th or will offer a window of time after the donation is made (90 days). 
 

Step 3:
Your employer will send us a matching contribution, multiplying the impact of your gift.
